Leah Hoyer will speak at Miami Animation and Gaming International Complex’s Art of Tech Speaker Series on Dec. 5 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Wolfson Campus, 300 N.E. 2nd Ave., Room 8106.
Before Telltale Games began its shutdown, Hoyer, vice president of creative at the studio, oversaw the writing, narrative design, design, cinematics and voice over teams.
She was previously director of development for Disney, where she worked on cartoon shows such as Recess, Kim Possible and Phineas & Ferb.
The Art of Tech speaker series offers M.A.G.I.C. students the chance to listen to executives who work in areas such as computer animation, gaming, virtual and augmented reality.
