Chamber Music Concert To Be Held At Kendall Campus

Miami Dade College’s annual Chamber Music Concert will be held on Nov. 29 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Kendall Campus, Room 6120, 11011 S.W. 104 St.

Chamber music is a type of classical music written for smaller ensembles such as brass quintets, woodwind quintet, saxophone ensemble and percussion ensemble.

The performance includes historical pieces from baroque, renaissance, classical and romantic eras.

“[It will be] an inspiring, emotional evening of music performed by young talented musicians,” said Brian Neal, the director of instrumental studies in the Department of Music, Theater and Dance at Kendall Campus.

The event is free and open to the public.
