Miami Dade College President Eduardo Padrón of was honored at “The Art of Found Objects”—The Education Fund’s annual charity auction—on May 20 at The Moore Building in the Miami Design District.
The charity auction marked the fund’s 25th anniversary and featured celebrity chefs alongside live music by students from the New World School of the Arts.
The event auctioned exclusive items and luxury vacation packages, of which the proceeds went to support children in Miami-Dade County’s public schools.
