WKIS 99.9 KISS Country Radio has internship opportunities available in their promotions department for students interested in working in the sales, marketing or promotions aspect of mass communications.
Internships are for college credit only and available for the spring, summer and fall semesters. Responsibilities include attending and helping at events such as concerts, casinos, charity events, and contacting clients, writing reports and making flyers.
Interns can also gain knowledge in other areas of the radio industry such as programming and interactive media.
Students applying must submit a resume and be available to work nights and weekends. Internships are offered strictly for the semester applied for.
