The Opera Workshop Ensemble will perform a selection of comic operettas in the Kendall Campus McCarthy auditorium, 11011 SW 104th St., Room 6120 on April 8 at 7:30 p.m.
Fifteen students will perform works from the operettas The Gondoliers and The Mikado, both by Gilbert and Sullivan.
“This will be a fun evening, with some of the best known musical selections from these two famous comic operettas,” said Misty L. Bermudez, voice faculty Miami Dade College. “People should come, listen to great music, laugh with us,”
Admission is free and all student and faculty are invited to attend.
