The Miami-based, Spanish-language El Ingenio Teatro puts on the CASANDRA, International Theater Festival, from Feb. 24 to March 5 at The Koubek Center, 2705 S.W. 3rd St.
The festival celebrates women from different countries, cultures and languages by presenting dramatic stagings, readings, master classes and acting workshops based global playwrights. Presentations include original work by participating actors, musicians, writers and artists.
Tickets cost $35 per day. Multiple events will take place throughout the festival, mostly at the Koubek Center’s Theater and Art Space.
