Cuban writer and poet Carlos Pintado will host an eight-week creative writing Spanish workshop from March 16 through May 4 at the Koubek Center, 2705 S.W. Third St.
Participants will be guided by Pintado to learn and practice different narrative techniques, address the importance of conflict, plot and more.
The workshop is sponsored by Miami Book Fair, which hosts year-round events to encourage students to take interactive creative writing classes to learn essential writing skills.
