The Miami Dade College women’s basketball team is hosting open tryouts on Sept. 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Kendall Campus gym, 11011 S.W. 104 St., Room G-210.
Candidates will participate in shooting, dribbling, defensive and rebounding drills.
To try out, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credits and provide proof of insurance and a physical conducted within the last year. Athletes must also sign a safety waiver before participating in the tryout.
