The Miami Dade College’s Board of Trustees Scholarship is now open until April 2.
The scholarship aims to provide aid to graduating students. One student from each campus—North, Wolfson, Kendall, West, Hialeah, Homestead, Medical and Eduardo J. Padrón—will receive $5,000.
To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to pursue a bachelor’s degree at a four-year institution.
Applicants are required to submit an essay, an unofficial transcript from MDC, a resume, two letters of recommendation, proof of service hours and proof of admission.
