Museum Of Art + Design To Showcase Arrhythmic Suite

The exhibition entitled Arrhythmic Suite is being presented by Venezuelan-born artist Odalis Valdivieso at the Freedom Tower, 600 Biscayne Blvd.

The show is made up of Valdivieso’s paintings and photographs made in Berlin, Germany during the summer of 2014. The artist’s images are largely organic shapes. She is also displaying grayscale photographs created with the intention to evoke a light and pictorial feeling to resemble the use of graphite and charcoal.

The preview will start Thursday, Feb. 19  from 6 p.m. through 8 p.m. The exhibition continues through May 3.

The show is free for invited guests, Miami Dade College and New World School of the Arts students and Book Fair members.
