The Miami Book Fair is accepting applications for their annual writing conference, The Writer’s Institute, until space fills up.
This year’s conference will take place in May at Wolfson Campus, 300 N.E. 2nd Ave. Writers will be able to attend several workshops aimed at improving their writing skills. Specific dates for the conference have not been set.
Notable authors that will host workshops include American writer Boris Fishman and poet Richard Blanco.
There are several pricing packages for the Institute, which range from $80 to $500 depending on the event. Packages can be viewed at www.miamibookfair.com/organizer/the-writers-institute/.
