Scholarship For DREAMers

TheDream.us is offering a scholarship for students with Defered Action for Childhood Arrivals status who want to obtain a college education, but can’t afford one without the help of financial aid.

The scholarship is available to first-time in college students with no more than 12 college credits and community college graduates interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree at one of TheDream.us partner colleges.

Scholarship requirements for first-time in college students or high school graduates is a GPA of 2.5 or greater on a 4.0 scale.

Community college graduates should have earned an associate’s degree from an accredited college by the end of the 2014-2015 academic year and a college un-weighted GPA of 3.0 or greater on a 4.0 scale.

The application deadline is October 12. Applications  can be found on the TheDream.us website.
