Spokeo Connections, an online search engine designed to help locate people, is awarding a $1,000 scholarship to college students.
Applicants must be current full-time college students, have a 3.0 G.P.A or higher, and be legal citizens or residents of the United States.
Along with their transcripts, students must submit a 1,000 to 1,600 word essay on one of three different topics: Connections, relationships or access to data.
Essays will be chosen based on originality, style, and persuasion.
All content must be submitted online by November 20th.
The amount awarded must be used in the current academic year.
