Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Thespian Society will perform a shadowcasting and lip-synced rendition of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on Nov. 1 at noon and 7 p.m. at the College’s downtown campus located at 300 N. E. 2nd Ave., Room 6400.
Zen ‘Nirvana’ Nero, president of the Thespian Society said the performance “will be just good old fashion fun, and that’s exactly what Rocky Horror Picture Show is all about.”
The show will be led by professor Joshua Braun. Proceeds from the performance will go toward funding for future productions, which will include Shakespeare Death Scene: A Flash Mob and an untitled student-written play.
Tickets will cost $5. Popcorn and a drink will be included. The Thespian Society encourages guests to bring pillows and blankets.
