Miami Dade College student Kayla Shelow has been selected to participate in the NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars<\/span><\/a> onsite experience. The program runs from Oct. 9<\/span> to Oct. 12 at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Shelow, 24, is a computer engineering major at Kendall Campus<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a once in a lifetime program and I am so excited that I was chosen to go,\u201d Shelow said. \u201cI personally hope that this program will help continue my love for space and my desire to pursue a career in robotics to help advance the technology we use when we travel in space.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
