Miami Dade College\u2019s Institute for Civic Engagement and Democracy<\/span><\/a> is currently seeking Civic Ambassadors at all iCED locations. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The paid work-study position offers students the opportunity to serve their local community through advocacy whilst expanding their leadership skills. <\/span><\/p>\n

Students can apply at their campus\u2019 iCED office or online at mdc.edu\/workstudy. <\/span><\/p>\n

General duties include implementing civic engagement projects, planning iCED sponsored events, completing clerical assignments and giving informative service-learning presentations. <\/span><\/p>\n

Applicants must receive financial aid and be enrolled in a minimum of six credits. Previous experience is not required. <\/span><\/p>\n
