Applications for the prestigious Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship<\/span><\/a> are available until Nov. 20.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Recipients can receive up to $40,000 annually to cover tuition, living expenses, books and other fees at any accredited transfer school.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Students must be a sophomore or recent graduate of any community college in the United States. They must present two academic recommendation letters, have at least a 3.5 GPA, show financial need and have no previous enrollment at a four-year college or university.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The application consists of eight short-response essays, financial information and a questionnaire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The application can be accessed on Common App.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
