Kendall Campus<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>11011 S.W. 104 St., hosts circuit training fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m. in Room G-110.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event uses training exercises and strength machines for a fast-paced, full-body workout.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sessions are facilitated by Mathew Diaz-Buil, a staff member at Kendall Campus\u2019 gym. He holds an associate\u2019s degree in exercise science from Miami Dade College and a bachelor\u2019s degree in physical education from Florida International University. He is a certified personal trainer by the National Council on Strength & Fitness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The classes aim to help participants reach their fitness goals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Classes are available to any student, faculty and staff with a campus gym membership.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
