Miambiance <\/span><\/i>and <\/span>AXIS Creative Arts Magazine<\/span><\/i> have been named as <\/span>finalists for the College Media Association\u2019s Pinnacles Award<\/span><\/a><\/span> in the Two-Year Literary Magazine of the Year category.<\/span><\/p>\n

AXIS <\/span><\/i>is the literary magazine at North Campus, and <\/span>Miambiance<\/span><\/i> is the literary magazine at Kendall Campus. The other finalist in the category was <\/span>The Wright Side<\/span><\/i>, Wilbur Wright College’s literary magazine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Winners will be announced at the ACP\/CMA Fall National College Media Convention. The conference will be held virtually on Oct. 23 at 6 p.m.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Miambiance<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/span> was launched in 1989. They won a Pinnacle last year. <\/span>AXIS<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a> was created in 2002 by former advisers Lisa Shaw<\/span><\/a> and Elena Perez-Mirabal. It has been a Pinnacle finalist the past three years and won honorable mention honors last year.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
