The Student Life Department at Homestead Campus will host a virtual club rush on Jan. 20 from noon to 1 p.m. via <\/span>Microsoft Teams<\/span><\/a><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A slideshow presentation will display the different clubs offered at Homestead Campus. The event will also teach students how to join Sharknet\u2014an online platform that showcases all organizations across the different MDC campuses\u2014and promote club-sponsored events.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEven during the pandemic, we hope that students are able to join different clubs in order for them to engage within the college experience,\u201d said Macrina Perez, <\/span>the Clubs and Community Coordinator at Student Life. \u201cEven though we can\u2019t be here physically, we still want them to participate in activities online.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
