One of the latest examples is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.superblue.com\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Superblue Miami<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdcthereporter.com\/beyond-van-gogh-digital-art-exhibit-brings-masterpieces-to-life\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">immersive<\/span><\/a> art space in Allapattah.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Located at 1101 N.W. 23rd St., the 50,000 square foot facility, which opened on May 20, features seven art installations. DANNA QUINTERO \/ THE REPORTER<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Superblue Miami\u2019s<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> opening installations offer visitors an unparalleled opportunity to be transported to an array of new worlds in a single visit,\u201d said Shantelle Rodriguez, Director of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Superblue\u2019s Miami<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experiential Art Center. \u201cThe artists inaugurating <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Superblue<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;s first experiential art center offer a glimpse into the breadth of the experiential art movement and the extraordinary possibilities for the public to engage with and activate these kinds of works.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitors are greeted with the kinetic installation <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meadow<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by Amsterdam-based Studio Drift before entering the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Superblue Miami<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> displays.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The upturned flowers, which appear almost magical, hang from the ceiling while opening and shutting, giving visitors a taste of what\u2019s to come.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Massless Clouds Between Sculpture and Life<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamlab.art\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">TeamLab\u2019s<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> first active sculpture. For an extra $12 (online) or $15 (walk-in) attendees can wear a raincoat and goggles and walk through a room infused with soap bubbles giving the perception that you are walking through clouds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">James Turrell\u2019s light-based <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ganzfeld <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">work is a six-minute encounter that allows visitors time for meditation. Dimensions blur when the observer stares into the light reflected from the rear wall, and minutes feel like seconds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es Devlin&#8217;s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forest of Us<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, is a mirrored maze that lets viewers think about humanity&#8217;s impact on the environment and how human bodies, especially the lungs, are similar to nature. A bright crimson wall at the end of the maze acts as a reminder of climate change and encourages viewers to take action. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamlab.art\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Visitors are asked to wear shoe covers to protect the art as they go into the exhibit<\/span>.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TeamLab\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proliferating Immense Life, A Whole Year per Year<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, is an interactive digital Installation that shows flowers blossom, grow huge and die off, all accelerated by the viewer\u2019s touch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Universe of Water Particles, Transcending Boundaries<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, is TeamLab\u2019s way of allowing art to break free from the frame by showcasing a virtual waterfall flowing from the ceiling and splashing onto the floor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Life Survives by the Power of Life<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, is TeamLab\u2019s newest installation. It&#8217;s a three dimensional artwork using calligraphy to express the depth, speed and power of the stroke.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Superblue Miami <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">follows CDC guidelines.
