Two Miami Dade College publications\u2014<\/span>Miambiance<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a> and<\/span> Urbana<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/a>\u2014have been selected as Crown Finalists for the Columbia Scholastic Press Association\u2019s 2022 Awards<\/a> <\/span>in the Collegiate Recipients category.<\/span><\/p>\n

Crown Finalists were selected based on work published during the 2020-21 school year. Finalists are considered winners, not nominees, and will be announced as either Gold Crowns or Silver Crowns at the CSPA ceremonies in March.<\/span><\/p>\n

Miambiance<\/em> is the literary arts magazine at Kendall Campus, which was launched in 1989. They were awarded the Silver Crown in 2021 and 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

Urbana<\/em>, founded in 2007, is the hybrid literary arts magazine at Eduardo J. Padr\u00f3n Campus. They were awarded the Gold Crown in 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
