On January 25 the Homestead Campus, 500 College Terrace, will host an Enroll America Informational workshop on the Affordable Care Act.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Affordable Care Act or \u201cObama Care,\u201d is a federal statute signed into the law by president Barack Obama to increase the affordability of health insurance and to lower the uninsured rate. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Trained volunteers will answer questions and guide MDC students and public through the application process.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop will in the computer courtyard in building D, Room 206 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

This event is free and open to the public, other workshops will be held in February and March.<\/span><\/p>\n
