If you\u2019re looking for a way to connect with people, food is the answer.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s the door to people\u2019s hearts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Not to mention that meals are also great for when you need to talk business, meet with someone or talk about a sensitive topic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Food allows you to get to know what people like or dislike.<\/span><\/p>\n

There\u2019s nothing more special than feeling satisfied physically, emotionally and mentally<\/span><\/a> after a meal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Because I know that food brings me joy, revives my soul and makes my brain work efficiently, I have made it a habit to eat with people around me to create deeper connections.<\/span><\/p>\n

Food has become a great tool to de-stress and see if people will judge me after finding out I\u2019m a bit of a messy eater (I get very passionate about food).<\/span><\/p>\n

Everyone also knows that the second I finish eating I get a boost of energy and start dancing or moving around energetically.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But there\u2019s also nothing better than being introduced to new dishes and food locations with someone else.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last year, my best friend, Monse, and I went to eat at a fancy restaurant in Pembroke Pines for her 18th birthday. I tried crab sushi, which was an amazing and horrible decision. Turns out I do not like crab, but I\u2019m glad I tried it because now I know I need to avoid it.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Because we are both very busy people but still want to hang out, we make sure that at least twice a month we go out to eat together either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We attempt to go to different places, though we\u2019ll forever be loyal to Dunkin\u2019 Donuts<\/span><\/a> for their bagels, hummus toast and coffee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Those outings have become moments I look forward to because we are able to catch up on what\u2019s been happening, issues we might be dealing with or discuss deep topics.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re having trouble connecting with someone, want to engage in deep conversation or you\u2019re simply looking to bond while having fun, invite someone out to eat and see how the conversation flows.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
