Miami Dade College was selected to participate in the Institute of International Education American Passport Project.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program, which will take place through December, will cover the cost for 25 Rising Black Scholars to receive a passport. Miami Dade College, the only higher-education institution in Florida selected to participate in the project, will assist students with the application process.<\/span><\/p>\n

To qualify, students must be at least 18 years old, United States citizens, first-year students with Pell Grant eligibility and be requesting a passport for the first time. For more information click <\/span>here<\/span><\/a><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
