Miami Dade College students who earn a bachelor\u2019s degree in public safety management now have a new opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n

On May 10, MDC signed an articulation agreement that provides graduates of the program a pathway into the University of Miami\u2019s international administration or criminology and criminal justice master’s degree programs. <\/span><\/p>\n

To be eligible, students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, complete a personal statement and provide three letters of recommendation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Once enrolled, full-time students can complete the degree in one year. Depending on availability, UM will also offer a 50 percent tuition waiver.<\/span><\/p>\n
