For the second year in a row, <\/span>AXIS<\/span><\/a><\/span> has been selected as a <\/span>Pinnacle Award finalist<\/span> <\/span><\/a>by the College Media Association in the Two-Year Literary Magazine of the Year category.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOur graphic design team and editors dedicated so much time to ensure we produced the very best,\u201d said Bianca Jules, the magazine\u2019s editor-in-chief this school year. \u201cI am extremely grateful to have been a part of that process and to see our hard work pay off.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Judging was based on student work produced during the 2022-23 school year. The issue is the <\/span>magazine’s 20th edition<\/span><\/a><\/span>. It features current student work and excerpts and reflections from the publication\u2019s alumni.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Winners will be announced during the <\/span>Associated Collegiate Press\/College Media Association Fall National College Media Convention <\/span><\/a><\/span>on Oct. 31 at 4:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

AXIS magazine, which is based at North Campus, was created in 2002. It was a Pinnacle finalist in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022 and finished in third-place last year.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
