The genre continues to skyrocket in popularity due to the intense training aspiring idols go through.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entertainment firms assess potential performers, oftentimes teenagers, then put them through years of rigorous voice, dancing and language training. Early on, K-Pop management companies understood how crucial it was to connect worldwide. Social networking sites and streaming services were used to enable K-Pop bands to give them global exposure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To reach a larger audience, K-Pop soloists and groups have produced songs in several languages, including English, Japanese and Spanish.
