AXIS<\/span><\/i>\u2014t<\/span>he literary arts magazine at North Campus<\/span>\u2014was awarded a <\/span>Pinnacle Award by the College Media Association in the two-year literary magazine category.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The award honors excellence in student work produced by collegiate publications throughout the 2022-23 school year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Results were announced during the Associated Collegiate Press\/College Media Association Fall National College Media Convention in Atlanta on Oct. 31.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe fact that we won the Pinnacle is really exciting,\u201d said Editor-in-Chief Bianca Jules. \u201cBeing here is great because we get to talk to other people and see where we go from here, like get critique and see what we can do better and what we are doing good.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The magazine, which was created in 2002, was last awarded a Pinnacle in the 2017-18 school year and has been a finalist in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
