The <\/span>New World School of the Arts<\/span><\/a><\/span> college chamber orchestra will perform with the Kendall Campus orchestra at Wolfson Campus, 300 N.E. Second Ave., Room 2106, on April 16 at 6 p.m.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The one-hour concert will feature selections such as Jean Sibelius\u2019s <\/span>Finlandia<\/span><\/i>, Max Bruch\u2019s <\/span>Kol Nidrei<\/span><\/i> (all vows),\u00a0 Ludwig van Beethoven\u2019s <\/span>Symphony No. 1<\/span><\/i> and Maurice Ravel\u2019s <\/span>Pavane pour une Infante D\u00e9funte <\/span><\/i>(pavane for a dead princess).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It will be led by Leo Walz, an associate professor senior in the music, theater and dance department at Kendall Campus, and Hyunjee Chung, an assistant professor in the music department at NWSA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event is free and open to the public.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
