Miami Dade College\u2019s North Campus, 11380 N.W. 27th Ave., is hosting the STEM Summer Bridge Program, a three-week initiative aimed at preparing first-year STEM students to succeed in mathematics and science courses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It will feature activities such as math and chemistry lectures and biology and chemistry labs. There will also be workshops on career advisement, financial literacy and the college transfer process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The program will run from July 15 – Aug. 2, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A stipend of up to $500 will be provided upon completion of the program.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
