Alexandra Page was appointed as the new director of advisement and career services at North Campus. She started in her new role on Jan. 12.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI hope to make an impact for students by enhancing their success and ensuring they reach their fullest potential,\u201d Page said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her responsibilities include developing, implementing and evaluating programs and services for the department, as well as overseeing student support for academic and career advisement.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 32-year-old began at Miami Dade College four years ago as an academic and career advisor from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, she served as a student success advisor at the from 2022 to 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Page graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor\u2019s degree in English language and literature in 2013. She earned\u00a0 an educational specialist degree in teaching and learning and a doctorate of philosophy both from Florida International University in 2024.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
