Yuh\u2019s work will be on display at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdcmoad.org\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">MDC Museum of Art and Design<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, located at the Freedom Tower, 600 Biscayne Blvd., until Jan. 15.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His artwork of ceramic sculptures, consisting of animals from the Chinese lunar calendar, blends his experiences of new beginnings, his own imagined universe and cultural traditions while representing psychological realities. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yuh\u2019s numerous experiences as a visiting artist have included stints at universities like the Penland School of Crafts in North Carolina. He received the Albert Christ-Janer Creative Research Award in 2015 and placed second at the World Ceramic Biennale International Competition. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The MOA+D is open Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
