Supplies Being Collected For Earthquake Victims In Haiti

Miami Dade College is collecting supplies through Sept. 21 for the victims of a 7.2 magnitude earthquake that struck Haiti last month, killing more than 2,200 people and destroying nearly 53,000 homes.

Items being collected include first aid kits, antibiotics, flashlights, feminine hygiene products, masks, mosquito repellent, diapers, baby wipes, baby formula and baby bottles. Clothing and food are not being accepted.

Supplies can be dropped off at any MDC student life departments or at the Haitian American Nurses Association at 666 NE 125 St, North Miami.
