Venture Miami Is Accepting Applications For Scholarship Fund

The Venture Miami Scholarship is accepting applications until May 24.

The scholarship, which is in partnership with the City of Miami and The Miami Foundation, provides tuition funds for in-need residents accepted into a STEM program at several Florida institutes.

Participating schools include Florida Memorial University, Florida International University, University of Miami and Barry University.

Eligible students must be United States citizens or permanent residents, high school seniors or graduates within the last four years, a City of Miami or Little Haiti resident and be eligible to receive a Pell Grant under the Free Application for Federal Student Aid guidelines.

Applicants must provide proof of residency and the completion of the FAFSA Student Aid Report and a questionnaire.
