You Can Use MDC’s Fitness & Aquatic Centers For Free This Month

Miami Dade College students and employees can use the fitness centers at the North, Kendall and Wolfson campuses’ for free in September.

In addition, the aquatic centers at Kendall and North will also be free this month. 

To register, participants must have an MDC ID, email and password; students must be enrolled in credit courses.

Centers are located in the 500 building (North) and the 7000 building (Kendall and Wolfson). 

Fitness and aquatic memberships(which are separate) are normally $10 per month, $30 per term and $60 per year for credit students; $20 per month, $60 per term and $120 per year for employees and retirees; and $30 per month, $90 per term and $180 per year for non-credit students.

“This month is to give [students] a taste of the place where they can relax, get a workout, talk to their friends and maybe meet their professors,” said Arturo Cruz, the pool manager at North Campus.
