Maricielo J. Solis, an InterAmerican Campus alumna, is looking for interns for her newly launched news media site and tech company, Blend.

Prospective interns will work as writers, web designers, editors, social media editors and marketers.

“Interns will have a hands-on experience and will boost their professional portfolio,” Solis said.

Applications will be accepted until March 3 for the spring internship period that starts on March 13.

Solis, who graduated Miami Dade College on 2011 and currently works for CNN as a production associate, aims to give a voice to millennials and people often underrepresented in mainstream media.

Those interested must be enrolled in a higher education institution, be at least a college sophomore and must have experience in their desired position.

To apply, students should send their resume to blend.global@gmail.com
