Koubek Center, 2705 S.W. 3rd St., will present a musical entitled Sueños “An Exile Journey” The Musical on Dec. 7 at 4 p.m.
There will be a second showing at 8 p.m.
The play is about Ricardo and Teresa Gonzalez, two Cuban exiles that emigrated to Little Havana, and their experiences as migrants. It is presented by Morningstar Entertainment and Jose Garrido, a Cuban-American playwright that produced and composed the musical’s score.
Cast members include Grethel Ortiz as Teresa and Jesus Branas as Ricardo.
General admissions are $40 and senior citizens pay $35. Tickets can be purchased at www.koubekcenter.org/suenos/.
