Fitness And Wellness Center Offering Free Virtual Training

Miami Dade College is offering free virtual training for students looking to get in shape during the coronavirus pandemic. 

The program teaches students a variety of exercises, techniques and proper machine guidance to get in shape through a series of workout videos. They are curated by the College’s fitness coaches and managers. 

The program varies at each of MDC’s three Fitness and Wellness Center locations at Wolfson, Kendall and North Campus

Students can access their respective campuses’ free material through their individual sites.
