Homestead President Named One Of Legacy Magazine’s Black History Month Honorees

Homestead Campus President, Jeanne Jacobs, was named one of Legacy Magazine’s Black History Month honorees for her 34 years of dedication to higher education and her influence in the Black community.

Jacobs has served as president of the Homestead Campus since 2005. During her career she has received numerous honors such as  a citation in the Congressional Record in 2010 by representative Mario Diaz-Balart for her accomplishments in education, and in 2007 she was selected as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Black Women in South Florida.
