Israel Gutierrez, a columnist with ESPN.com, will be the next guest at the Miami Dade College Journalism Speaker Series on Feb. 28th.
The event will take place at the North Campus, 11380 N.W. 27th Ave., Room 2151 at 10 a.m. Gutierrez is also a panelist and contributor on ESPN programs such as Around the Horn, the Sports Reporters, and SportsCenter.
Gutierrez previously worked at The Miami Herald and the Palm Post covering the Miami Heat, the Marlins and serving as a sports columnist.
The event will include a presentation by Gutierrez and a 15 minute question and answer session. It is free and open to the public.
