Prometeo Offers Theater Classes For The Fall Semester

The Prometeo Center for Literature and Theatre will offer acting classes for children and adults during the fall semester. The theatre is located at the Wolfson Campus, 300 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Room 1101.

The vocational program requires 36 credits to graduate and includes classes such as introductory script writing, voice and diction.

The professional performing arts conservatory requires a one-minute audition for admission and involves a three year program where students can become part of the professional theatre industry.

The Prometeo company is the only Spanish-speaking conservatory to participate in the International Theatre Festival. The center works to preserve the Spanish culture and language.
