Run Club Active At Kendall Campus

The Kendall Campus Run Club, a joint partnership between the Fitness and Wellness Department and Sole Runners, is open to students, employees, and the local fitness community.

The club meets at the track at Kendall Campus, 11011 S.W. 104 St., every Monday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Members of the club will engage in core workouts and running clinics, and also acquire nutritional tips and methods to promote a healthier lifestyle.

Cookie Rosell, the Fitness and Wellness program manager at Kendall Campus, believes joining the running club has many benefits including, “improved fitness levels and health, meeting people with similar interests, and increased participation in our annual 5K Run/Walk for Education, Dec. 5, 2015 and other community running events.”
