Financial Aid Workshops Offered At West Campus

Miami Dade College West Campus offers financial aid workshops at no cost for students who need assistance filling out their paperwork.

The content of the workshops is a step-by-step guide to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), student loans and refinancing loans.

Workshops are held every Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. The next sessions will take place on June 21 and 22. Attendees should take their  tax return, social security number and alien registration number if applicable. Dependent students must take their parent or guardian information as well.

Participants are required to report to the financial aid counter before the workshops, which are held in Room 2124. The sessions are facilitated by Solange Rodriguez, the financial aid advisor at West Campus.
