Circuit Training With Mathew Diaz-Buil At Kendall Campus

Kendall Campus, 11011 S.W. 104 St., hosts circuit training fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m. in Room G-110. 

The event uses training exercises and strength machines for a fast-paced, full-body workout. 

Sessions are facilitated by Mathew Diaz-Buil, a staff member at Kendall Campus’ gym. He holds an associate’s degree in exercise science from Miami Dade College and a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Florida International University. He is a certified personal trainer by the National Council on Strength & Fitness. 

The classes aim to help participants reach their fitness goals. 

Classes are available to any student, faculty and staff with a campus gym membership.
