Wolfson Campus Appoints New Senior Director Of Campus Administration And Culinary Operations

Laura Rodríguez was selected as the senior director of campus administration and culinary operations at Wolfson Campus on May 19.

“I look forward to continuing to contribute in meaningful ways and to support the mission and community that I care about deeply,” Rodríguez said.

Her duties include managing the budget for new projects and renovations at Wolfson, overseeing campus services and organizing event reservations.

The 35-year-old began at the College as an events and rentals coordinator at Kendall Campus in November of 2016. Her other roles at Kendall included interim director of campus support services from March of 2020 to August of 2021 and assistant to the senior director of campus administration from August of 2021 to August of 2022.

Most recently, she served as director of campus administration at Homestead Campus from August of 2022 to May of 2025.

Rodríguez graduated from Florida International University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. The following year, she earned her master’s degree in hospitality management from FIU.
