The Fitness and Wellness Center at Kendall Campus, 11011 S.W. 104th St., will host the Women’s Expo and Health Fair on March 20 from 10 a.m. to noon at the building 2 breezeway.
There will be a free Zumba class available to students at 12:15 p.m., as well as a free Yoga class at 1:15 p.m in the Fred Shaw Plaza.
As part of Women’s History Month, this event will provide women’s preventative services, HIV/STD testing, free massages, domestic and mental support, and various other opportunities for women to lead a healthy lifestyle.
This event is free and open to the public.
