Stress Seminar At InterAmerican Campus

“Identifying and Coping with Stress” is a seminar geared to inform the audience on the importance of identifying stress and how to handle it as a student.

The event will be held at the InterAmerican Campus, 627 SW 27th Ave., on Jan. 28 in Room 401 at 12 p.m.

The event is free and open to MDC students.
