Student Art Exhibition At North Campus

The Miami Dade College Galleries of Art + Design is featuring its annual student art exhibition Emerging Artists, 2015 at the North Campus Gallery,11380 NW 27 Ave. in building 5.

The exhibit runs through April 17. Art faculty from their respective campus’ judge and select the best student art work for the exhibition.

“It’s a highly anticipated show, everyone comes out to see artwork from students and it is well attended,” said Wanda K. Texon, Associate Curator of MOAD & Director of Campus Galleries.

The works in the show include painting, sculpture, jewelry, photography and video.

The gallery is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
