North Campus To Host All Souls Day Discussion

North Campus, 11380 N.W. 27th Ave., will present a discussion on the cultural significance of All Souls Day on Oct. 30 at 11 a.m. 

All Souls Day, celebrated in Mexico on Nov. 2, is a Christian tradition where individuals commemorate their ancestors and pray for them. 

Students and faculty will discuss the annual holiday’s impact on the Mexican community. It will be hosted by the Hispanic Heritage Committee. 

Attendees can win prizes at the event, which is free and open to the public.
